Em's birthday came early...I thought if I wrapped things up that I wouldn't want to give them to her now...not so, I ended up giving them to her and she was so excited. It was some art supplies that she's been talking about for months!

Sean had his first driving of the semi for work and he headed down to Florida for the Rolex 24 at Daytona International Speedway, here are some of his pics I stole from facebook!! He got in a visit with his mom in the Cocoa Beach area too, Em and I got some souvenirs from the Ron Jon Surf Shop!

I have new meter for checking my blood sugar...I LOVE how encouraging she is!!

December 2017

Happy December!! I'm a little bummed that I didn't take any pics of our Chistmas Eve family festivities, Christmas Day or Christmas 2 with Sean's mom but it was all very merry indeed :)

Em won First Place in the Photography category of the Westland Public Library's
Teen Writing and Art contest

Em at her Winter Band concert, her group was awesome. I think my favorite was the
Secret Agent Sugar Plum, it was a mash up of the James Bond theme song and
Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies from the Nutcracker!
